Release notes

Guided Installer for 2023.05 contains following new features along with defect fixes:

1) Guided Installer is not a part of Opsbridge/NOM Installer package anymore. It is an independent binary which can be run from any folder on the system
2) masking user input passwords through console.
3) Embedded relational databases support
4) Added support for using existing nfs.

This release can be used to deploy Opsbridge/NOM 2023.05 releases including patches.
