The OBR Operations Bridge Manager (OBM) Events content pack reports on events consolidated by Operations Bridge Manager, presenting the distribution of events by severity, status and time of resolution w.r.t to the domains being monitored over a period of time. The OBM reports display the following information:Top N domains/CIs by Events, Event backlog overload, Event assignments for users and groups., Event summary consolidated and by CIs and ETIs.
OBR integrates with and collects consolidated event data from OBM, also offering an OBM Extended content set for the purpose of customized ad-hoc reporting use cases. The Service Health content pack contains reports which provide an overview of the overall health of the configuration items (CIs) and the summary of the KPIs for each of the CIs. The Health Indicators (HIs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) provide quantifiable measurements that help monitor how well the business is achieving objectives. The KPIs and HIs provide real-time assessment of the present state of the business and processes, enabling tracking of critical performance variables over time, and in assessing the business impact of problems in the system.
