System Performance content pack for Operations Bridge Reporter provides reports on availability, performance and exceptions for Systems. The reports can be filtered based on Business Services, node groups, custom groups or individual nodes. The System Performance content gathers numerous performance metrics from Operations Agents and SiteScope. Using the large number of out of the box reports the users can get a complete view of System Performance trends, identify systems with performance bottlenecks, drill down on individual systems to perform in-depth analysis of performance over time. System Performance Content pack consists of Executive Summary reports and Detail reports. The Executive type summary reports contains inventory of all the systems, its usage and capacity, capacity forecast for identifying any future resource shortage based on current trends, heat charts of systems based on key metrics and threshold, top N systems, availability, and exceptions seen by a group of systems.The details reports are drill down reports for individual systems which show the historical trends of multiple key metrics over time. The user can select a specific time ranges and can drill up and down across time (year to month, month to day and so on).
