The primary purpose of the Operations Connector 2019.05 IP 1 (intermediate patch)is to make the Operations Connector Flash-free. Installing the patch helps you to remove the Flash components and the local policy editor UI that depends on the Flash components. This way, you can make the product Flash-free.

Installing the 2019.05 IP 1 removes the local policy editor feature functionality. You can continue to perform policy management functions from the OBM Monitoring Automation
