The package contains the scripts required to create the database and database user for all RPA products (Central, Designer, IDM, Insights, SSX) for all supported database vendors. The database vendor and version support is still limited based on the product version, the presence of a script in this package does not mean that all versions past, present and future will support that vendor.
These scripts are to be used when you want to create the empty database and database username for the product ahead of installation and use the option "Connect to an existing Database" in the installer.
