Novell Completes Latest Certification of the mySAP Business Suite on SUSE LINUX Enterprise Server 9

Novell today announced the certification of the mySAP™ Business Suite on Novell's SUSE® LINUX Enterprise Server 9, significantly expanding the options for enterprise customers to deploy industry-leading SAP® solutions on Linux. The mySAP Business Suite includes applications to manage customer and supplier relationships, product life cycles and supply chains. SUSE LINUX Enterprise Server 9 includes unique integrated management capabilities, enabling IT professionals to deploy, configure and update Linux servers with greater ease and efficiency up to enterprise-standard security. Enterprise customers can now confidently deploy SAP solutions on SUSE LINUX Enterprise Server 9, backed by Novell and SAP's comprehensive offering of worldwide support and training.

This extensive cross-architecture support responds to customer demand to streamline their IT infrastructure and achieve maximum economies of scale on several levels. In addition, concerning 64-bit processing power, this support gives enterprise customers the benefit of increased computing power through substantially increasing the processing speed and memory address space capacity.

Many customers using SAP solutions on Linux have expressed their pleasure that this certification has been completed, giving them the confidence to implement this solution in a productive environment.
