What happens if the number of users exceeds my package limit?
Your app will continue working as usual; AppPulse Mobile simply won't show data from the users above the limit. If you have the Premium package, simply add expansion packages as needed.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes - you can upgrade at any time; simply contact sales.
What if I want to mix different packages (Express/Premium) or different license terms (monthly/annual)?
Each solution instance uses one package and one license term. If you purchase a different package or license term, you will get another solution instance.
What are Monthly Active Users (MAU)?
MAU are the number of users on unique devices, using your mobile app in a given calendar month. (If a user uses your app on 2 devices, that's 2 MAUs.)
