Novell Canceling Conference Call with Management on December 2, 2010

Novell, Inc. (NASDAQ: NOVL) today announced it is canceling its conference call with Management on Thursday, December 2, 2010 to discuss its fourth fiscal quarter and full fiscal year 2010 financial results. The call is being canceled as a result of the announcement that Novell has entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by Attachmate Corporation. There will be a press release providing Novell's fourth fiscal quarter and full fiscal year 2010 financial results issued on Thursday, December 2, 2010, following the market close.
