Unpack the ZIP file (using 7-Zip application) to any location.

accpkgvsinstaller-2018.2.vsix file.
VSIX Installer window will list the installed
Visual Studio versions (Professional and Enterprise editions only) compatible for the plug-in.

Select the required version(s) of
Visual Studio and click
Install to proceed.

AccuRev Plug-In for Visual Studio PE is installed in the
<Extensions> folder of selected
Visual Studio version(s).
