Follow this procedure for running the initial synchronization if you have installed
AccuSync for the first time and are using it with
AccuWork and ITS systems that currently contain no issue records.

Create one or more issues in both
AccuWork and your ITS.

In
AccuSync, ensure that the Synchronization Type for each synchronization pattern in your configuration is set to two-way. See
Editing Synchronization Patterns if you need help with this step.

Run the synchronization as described in
Running an AccuSync Configuration and review the results.

If the results are what you expect, back up the
AccuSync configuration for safekeeping. See
Backing Up and Restoring AccuSync Configurations for more information.
Once the synchronization is running again, issue records will be synchronized as they are added to your ITSs.
