ALM Enhancements

1105164 - AccuSync's capability to link a new ALM defect to an existing AccuWork Issue if project names are repeated in different ALM domain.

ALN (also referred to as Quality Center) allows duplicate project names in multiple domains. It is required that the projects be synchronized in the same depot. Now, AccuSync allows synchronization of ALM issues having same project names in different domains with the same AccuRev depot.

1109709 - Synchronization between AccuSync and ALM was not working as expected.

The synchronization work flow between AccuSync and ALM would not complete correctly, this issue has been resolved.
