The
StarTeam Web Server has one user account for web server administration. It is recommended to change the user name and password instead of using
the default values for these two properties. Even though the
StarTeam Web Server
Administrator has the same default user name and password as the
StarTeam Server
Administrator, these are unrelated user accounts.

In the
Administration panel, type the new user name in the
User name field.

Type the new password in the
Password field and again in the
Confirm Password field.

In
Dynamic Cache Timeout, enter the length of time (in minutes) when a view will remain in memory before being removed. The default value is
15 minutes.
The view is removed only if no one accesses it within the timeout period defined.

Click
Save.
When changes to the configuration are saved, the changes are applied dynamically. The
StarTeam Web Server process monitors the file for changes and applies all changes that are made.
