if the region completed initiation successfully.
CASCD0051F The request to start a region was not successful
CASCD0052S An attempt has been made to start a region before there is an active CAS Daemon
CASCD0053S The REM has sent no progress messages, its state is not known
CASCD0054S A UNIX call returned with errno set to errno.
