Convert SDM Data

The Content Manager integration with Structured Data Manager is set in System Options Features page.

When this feature is enabled, two record types become available, SDM Folder and SDM Document. See Record Type behaviour. Record Types created to behave like SDM Folders and SDM Documents can be selected for the conversion process below.

From the Administration ribbon, select from the Conversions group Convert SDM Data.

The Convert SDM Data dialogue displays.

Select the relevant Content Manager fields that apply to records from SDM:

• Record Type that was used for SDM extract files

• Record Type that was used for SDM folders (optional)

• New Record Type that is used for SDM extract files (optional)
• New Record Type that is used for SDM folders (optional)

• Additional Field that was used for SDM environment ID

• Additional Field that was used for SDM run ID

• Additional Field that was used for SDM file name ID

Once the required Content Manager fields have been selected for the SDM records, click OK to run the conversion.
