System Options Dates and Times page
- Last month of a fiscal year - from the drop-down list, select the final month for the financial year that applies to your locality.
This setting applies to the End of Fiscal Year option in the Round Dates To drop-down list for Retention Schedule triggers.

- Ensure displayed dates are unambiguous for reports and tree columns - any date that is displayed on a print report or tree column produced by the Content Manager will display as either 18-JUL-2017 or JUL-18-2017 depending on your local settings. If you use DD/MM/YY or YY/MM/DD then it will display the day first, otherwise it will display the month first.
- For scheduling of business processes
Enter the default range of working hours.
This is used to calculate the timing of record Action tracking and Workflows.
- Start of Working Day - enter the time your working day starts
- End of Working Day - enter the time your working day finishes.
NOTE: Lengthening the default work day will change existing Activities with a duration of 1 day to 1 day X hours, where X is the number of hours you have added to the work day.

NOTE:
- Changes to the work day settings will only affect Actions assigned to records after the change to the work day settings.
Actions already assigned to existing records that ran on the old workday settings will not be updated to reflect the new settings.
- The formatting of dates and times in Content Manager is based on the system dates and times set for the Workgroup Server

- Business Calendar - edit the internal Content Manager calendar.
- Global default time zone to use for time zone sensitive data calculations - select the time zone that Content Manager should be used when aggregating event statistics, when the year changes to reset record numbers, time rounding when calculating disposal schedule dates from triggers.

Automatically adjust for daylight saving time - when a time zone that has daylight saving time is selected in the Time zone offset for the global default time zone this option is displayed. Select to calculate dates and times using the daylight saving time.
