Workflow template Additional Fields tab

The Workflow template Additional Fields tab enables you to activate existing Additional Fields for the Workflow and create new Additional Fields.

New Additional Fields created from within a Workflow template will automatically be enabled for the Workflows created using the template.

Existing Additional Fields appear in the Additional Fields tab of each Workflow template Properties and can be activated or deactivated by tagging them here.

These options are available from the tab's right-click menu:

  • New - to create new Additional Fields
  • Default Value - a default value, that will be applied when records are created using this Workflow, can be defined. Depending on the format type, you can either type in a value or use the KwikSelect to find the required value.
    If a default value has also been set on the Additional Field field, this value will override that setting.
  • Delete - removes Additional Fields
  • Properties - to modify Additional Fields

Once a field has been activated/tagged for a Workflow template, it will be available in the Additional Fields page of the Workflow Properties dialog.
