Action tracking
For this functionality to be available, the feature Action Tracking must be selected in the System Options Features page.
You can use Action tracking to trace the flow of records and the tasks required to be performed on them within your organisation.
You can assign a
- single task - Action
-- or --
- a sequence of tasks - Procedure
to a record.
Before you can assign Actions or Procedures to a record, you need to create the Actions or Procedures in Content Manager.
