Record Contacts page

To display the Contacts page, right-click a record, click Properties and select it.

The Contacts page displays attached Contacts and Organisations:

The primary Contact appears in bold text.

  • To add a new Contact, right-click and select Add Contact.

  • To remove a Contact, right-click it and select Delete Contact.
  • To change a Contact's details, right-click it and select Change Contact Name.

    In the Change Contact Name dialog, enter new value for Contact Name / Description and click OK.

To add and modify attached Contacts, you can also right-click the record and use the commands in the Location menu.
