Security and Audit search methods
You can search for records by their security data.
- From the Search menu, select Find Records
- At the bottom of the dialogue, click the Editor button and make sure that the Boolean search editor is selected
- Click KwikSelect beside the Search By box
- Click the expand symbol to expand Security and Audit
- Select one of the search methods.
In the space below the list, you can see more detail about the search method.
The column Caption shows the field or data the search method is about, for example:- Access Control - lists all records with a particular Location and Access Control type
- Active Audit Event - finds records by their historical event data
- Can Use - finds records you can view and use
- Security Caveat - lists all records with a particular caveat
- Security Level - lists all records of a particular security level, for example, Unclassified, Secret, etc.
- Click OK to return to the Search for Records dialogue
- Select the options to use for the search and click OK to run the search.
Content Manager returns the search result.
