Quick Search
The Quick Search panel is available on Office and Outlook integration dialogs and can be used to perform fast and simple searches using a single search method.
If more complex searches are required, use the Search Editor option.
The Quick Search panel has these fields and buttons:
Search By - this is the search method to be used for the search. Click the Search By drop-down to select from the recently used search methods. If the search method is not available as a recent option, click the KwikSelect to display the list of all available search methods.
The Search Methods dialog allows you to search or browse for the required search method.
Searching for a search method:
- In the Type to search field, type in the name or part of the name of the search method, e.g. any word, or the type of search method, e.g. date.
- Select the required search method from the displayed results.
