By default, the tags you create are public. To make a tag private, that is, visible only to you, select it and choose
Set Access > Private in the right-click menu. To make the tag public again, choose
Set Access > Public in the right-click menu.
Note: Tags shipped with the product are always public. You cannot change their access.
