When MFESdiags is used, the data collected will be in a folder or zip file with a name containing the date and time that the collection was done, for example:
2013-06-05_14-49-36-42-snapshot(.zip)
Please ensure that this convention is carried through so that any additional data provided is identified in the same way.
The incident number should also be included in the diagnostics collection filename whenever information is uploaded to the FTP site (rather than being attached directly to an incident).
This naming convention is particularly important when multiple failure data collections are taken for the same incident and problem - sometimes it can take several failures to help in pattern identification for a complex problem resolution.
