To import connections

  1. Start the ADO.NET Connection Editor.
  2. Click Import Connections (Import) on the toolbar. This starts the Import ADO.NET Connections wizard.
  3. In the Import from file field, type the full path to and filename of the XML file that contains exported connections, or click BrowseBrowse to select a file; then click Next.
  4. Select the connections you want to import, or check Select all connections. To select more than one connection, hold the Ctrl key down as you make your selections.
  5. Review the connections summary; then click Finish.
Note: You can also import connection settings using the MFImportConn command.
