Creating connections to remote hosts

To develop applications on a remote host, you need to configure a connection to it. Once created and configured, a connection can be used for more than one remote project.
Restriction: You must have Micro Focus Enterprise Developer UNIX Components installed on the remote machine.

You create and manage connections from the Remote Systems Explorer perspective. You can then select the existing connection when creating a remote project.

You can also create and configure new connections when creating new remote projects, or when converting local projects to remote projects.
