EXIST-CHECK

Specifies whether to create a package if some DBRM objects do not exist.
Restriction: This topic applies to Windows environments only.

Syntax:

EXIST-CHECK={REQUIRED|OPTIONAL}

Parameters:

REQUIRED Specifies that a package will be created only if all DBRM objects exist.
OPTIONAL Specifies that a package will be created even if some DBRM objects do not exist.

Properties:

Default: OPTIONAL

Comments:

This directive is only relevant for a program that has been statically bound.
