Unpacks the bits in a byte into eight bytes.

Syntax:

call x"F5" using byte
                 array

Parameters:

	Using call prototype (see Key)	Picture
`byte`	cblt-x1-compx	pic x comp-x.
`array`	cblt-x1-compx occurs 8	pic x comp-x occurs 8

On Entry:

byte

The byte to be unpacked

On Exit:

array

The unpacked bits

Comments:

The routine takes the eight bits of byte and moves them to the corresponding occurrence within array
