You have attempted to log on to a XDB Server using an invalid user ID and/or password three consecutive times, so XDB Server
will automatically exit the client application.
Restriction: This topic applies to Windows environments only.
Restart the client application and try logging on again, ensuring that you:
- Log on to the correct server
- Enter the correct user ID
- Enter the correct password using the correct combination of upper and lowercase letters
Note:
XDB Server passwords are CASE-SENSITIVE! Make sure that CAPS LOCK is off if all or part of your password is lowercase.
If you enter this information correctly and still cannot log on, contact your XDB Server Administrator to check your User
ID and/or reset your password.
