An attempt was made to access a query control block that does not exist, or to run a command against an unopened location.
This error condition may occur if you prematurely close a query or (if using an application programming interface) if you
forget to open the location. Also a subroutine may have logged out, automatically closing the location.
If you are using Direct Flight software, an internal error has occurred. Record the version of XDB Server software you are
using and contact Micro Focus Technical Support.
