The XDB Server cannot process your connection request because the maximum number of licensed users is already attached to
the server.
Try connecting to the server at a later time or during off-peak hours. If this problem occurs frequently, you may want to
consider upgrading your XDB Server license. Contact Micro Focus Sales to do this.
