- Control Selection
- Click a control category on the list to view the applicable controls on the
Control list
- Record
- Click a record on the list to view its associated fields on the
Field list.
- Type
- Shows the database type for the associated record.
- Control
- Click a control on the list and drag the mouse to a field on the
Field list to create a mapping. Double-click a control to view the mapping direction for the control.
- Mappings
- Shows an arrow for each mapping to indicate what fields and controls are mapped, and whether the mapping is one-way or two-way.
An arrow with one head indicates a one-way mapping. A two-headed arrow indicates a two-way mapping.
- Field
- Click a field on the list and drag the mouse to a field on the
Control list to create a mapping. Double-click a field to qualify it
- Field Mapping Order
- Shows the mapping direction (one-way or two-way) from the database field through the control to the database record.
