Data View Properties

Restriction: This topic applies only when the AppMaster Builder AddPack has been installed, and applies only to Windows platforms.
Add DDISRC with IMS PSB override
Check this to add an independent, specific DDI IMS DB source at the same time as referenced DDI IMS DB source is added via the PSB method. The default is unchecked. See Defining Data Views for details.
Location
Type the location of the DDI IMS DB data source file you want to add, or select a location from the drop-down list. The list includes workgroup specifications, if defined.
Name
Type the name of the DDI IMS DB data source file you want to add.
COBOL Project (loaded with IMS sources)
Select an existing Eclipse Mainframe COBOL project in which to automatically add IMS data source files when a data view that contains them is generated.
New
Click this to create a new Eclipse Mainframe COBOL project in which to automatically add IMS data source files when a data view that contains them is generated.
Allow mixed case
Check to allow mixed case in SQL table definitions. The default is unchecked.
Generate Redefines
Check to generate a REDEFINES statement for any copybook field with a corresponding DATE, TIME, or TIMESTAMP SQL field. The default is unchecked.
Target
Set the SQL database target to either HCO (DB2) or the Micro Focus SQL Option for DB2 database. The default is HCO (DB2).
DBCS Character in PIC
Select the double-byte character set to use in DBCS PICTURE clauses. The default is G.
