z/Explorer Problem Determination

When an error occurs in z/Explorer, typically an error message is displayed. If the error contains a message ID in the format described in Introduction, refer to z/Server Messages and Diagnostics for more information about the cause and possible responses.

If the error displayed is a software exception message, refer to the error log view for more information.

If none of the above helps in solving the problem, send the error log to Micro Focus; see General problem solving suggestions.
