You issued an open call instruction for a partitioned data set that
you concatenated with a data set that does not reside on a direct access
storage device (DASD). You can concatenate partitioned data sets only with data
sets having like attributes.
Restriction: This topic applies only when the AppMaster Builder AddPack has been installed, and applies only to Windows platforms.
Resolution:
Inspect all of your INCLUDE statements for correct syntax and file
specifications and verify that the referenced file members exist. Also check DD
statements for call libraries for compatibility of DCB information.
