Two low order subs were specified in a % LOOKUP call and only one low order
sub was coded.
Restriction: This topic applies only when the AppMaster Builder AddPack has been installed, and applies only to Windows platforms.
Resolution:
Add an extra low order SUB to &FLDNAME, or remove one from the LOOKUP
call.
