An ISPFCOMMAND tool failed to write input parameters into the parameter
file.

- Check your server
definition in the client (host name, port).
- Server Administrator Response:

- Check whether the user
has write rights on the parameter file.
- Delete the parameter
file if it already exists and ask the user to retry the action. It is possible
that the parameter file was allocated incorrectly.
