Dependencies.
Failed to execute the integrated tool "Refresh Dependencies" because the
folder could not be created where the copybooks should be copied to. The
internal application folder is either out of synchronization or it could not be
accessed.

Refresh the internal
application folder.
Restart the client.
Make sure that you
have write access to the internal application folder.
