A USS resource list could not be created because the file descriptor defining the list was not found. This is an internal error that might have been caused by the zExplorer model not being loaded correctly.

Verify that the z/Server EXEC library (containing the TAUZCAPP procedure) is in the SYSEXEC concatenation of the user server.
