load XML file containing default connections.
The XML file containing default z/Server connection definitions could
not be loaded properly. The file is named "defaultZConnections.XML" and is
located in the Eclipse root folder.

Verify that the file
can be read by the user.
Open the file in an
(XML) editor and correct any syntax errors.
