Comments:
When adding segments to a database, a root collision occurs when the key of a root segment in the input file already exists
in the database. Specifying REPLACE causes the existing database root segment (and its children) to be deleted and the segments
from the input file to be inserted. Specifying NOREPLACE causes the segments in the input file to be ignored and the existing
database segments to be left as they were.
