You cannot drop the current location. Before dropping a location, you must change to another location.
Restriction: This topic applies to Windows environments only.
SQLWizard Notes:
If you open a location, or query the tables in a location (by looking at the location through the Catalog Browser, for example),
the SQL Engine considers the location to be in use. If you receive the error when you try to drop a location:
- Exit from SQLWizard (or the application that is returning the error).
- If your default location is the location you want to drop, you must open Options and change the default location to a different
location.
- Restart SQLWizard.
- Drop the location using the Location menu's Drop option.
