Temporary files are used for communicating between the client and the ChangeMan Attachment. The creation of the files take place in the procedure TAUCMXA1. You should modify TAUCMXA1 to meet your specific requirements and environment.
MVS files that begin with userid.TAUCMTMP are created by default. These files are temporary in nature, but are not deleted automatically within the tool attachment. Instead, they can be reused once created, if required.
Micro Focus recommends that you place these files on a work unit and enable them to be deleted when inactive for a specified period of time.
