Synchronizing rules

Log on to MFA Compare and Synchronization Monitor:

From Eclipse, on the Run menu, select Tools > MFA Compare and Synchronization Monitor.
From an Enterprise Developer command prompt, enter mfmonmx2.

On the main toolbar, click Synchronize rules

(Sync All Rules).

If this is the first time you have synched, you are prompted to enter the mainframe logon credentials; enter the credentials, then click OK.

All active rules are synchronized.

Note: To synchronize rules individually, right-click a rule and choose Sync.

While the synchronization is in progress, you can click Cancel synchronization

to cancel it.

Any remaining members are not synchronized.
