Viewing the Product Help

Enterprise Developer is configured to display the product help available online on the Micro Focus Customer Care website: https://www.microfocus.com/en-us/support/documentation/.

You can view the Enterprise Developer product help in one of the following ways:

Choose whether to view the help online or locally

You can configure Eclipse to show the Enterprise Developer help either online or locally:

1. In Eclipse, click Window > Preferences > Micro Focus > Help.
2. Either disable or enable Use online documentation, depending on whether you want to see the documentation locally or online.

Online help (default)

• Click Help > Micro Focus > Product Documentation.
• Alternatively, press F1 inside the editor or from a UI part.

  This opens a browser with the Enterprise Developer help.

Local help

1. Configure Eclipse to use local help as detailed above.
2. Access the local help in one of the following ways:
   • Click Help > Help Contents to open the Help Viewer, then open the Micro Focus-branded documentation.
   • Alternatively, press F1 inside the editor or after clicking a dialog within the UI.
