When MFESdiags is used, the data collected will be in a folder or zip file with a name containing the date and time that the collection was done, for example:
2015-10-06_14-49-36-42-snapshot(.zip)
Please ensure that this convention is carried through so that any additional data provided is identified in the same way.
In addition the incident number should be pre-pended to this collection or any other file that is provided (if it is not attached directly to an incident) in the following manner:
<incident_number>_Date_Time-<name>
For example:
2850000_2015-10-06_14-49-36-snapshot
This naming convention is particularly important when multiple failure data collections are taken for the same incident and problem: sometimes it can take several failures to help in pattern identification for a complex problem resolution.
