For a DB-OBTAIN, AMB referenced the lowest level record; data was
not retrieved.
Restriction: This topic applies only when the AppMaster Builder AddPack has been installed, and applies only to Windows platforms.
Resolution:
The record named is key sensitive so AMB does not retrieve data in
the IO area; however, you can determine whether or not the record exists in the
database by checking the status flags, as done normally.
