This error can result from the NUM option turned off for the COBOL compile.
Restriction: This topic applies only when the AppMaster Builder AddPack has been installed, and applies only to Windows platforms.
Resolution:
Recompile program using NUM option if not already turned on. Otherwise, compile
program in stages with AMB compile first and then the COBOL compile.
