The REQID was used previously in the program but was not specified
for this call. The control variable &VS-ENDBR-UNLOCK-CONTROL is set to
PERFORM (versus INLINE).

Resolution:
Code the REQID keyword on all applicable calls or change the value
of &VS-ENDBR-UNLOCK-LOGIC to INLINE in APSCNTL(APVSAMIN).
