Ensure that the setting of the BTRPAGE environment variable is correct. The page size must be a multiple of 512 bytes, with a maximum value of 4096. With Btrieve versions prior to 6.1, this status code can indicate that the page size of the file being opened is larger than that specified in the Largest Page Size configuration option. Configure Btrieve with the correct Largest Page Size option.
