There is no record in the SYSIBM.SYSSTRINGS table whose values in the INCCSID and OUTCCSID fields match the numbers found
in XDB.INI. If you are exporting in the DSNTIAUL format, check InCCSID and OutCCSID in the [Export] section of XDB.INI. If
you are exporting in a different format, check AscSrcCodePage and AscDstCodePage.
