The time value being entered or displayed contains a separator character (e.g., the colon in 4:00) that is inconsistent with
the Time Format currently specified in Options.

Check the Time Format defined in Options. Either change the value to match the picture, or change the Time Format to accommodate the value. See the Options User's Guide for the proper syntax.
